BeachBods2Be: Reduce fat and calorie intake while increasing exercise commitment. Success will result from discipline and "fighting for it!" We'll get up a little earlier to get that work out in, and lift a little more to build strength, and have the will power to say NO to extra calories we don't need or even want.
